Jim’s passion for heavy equipment and a strong work ethic began early, joining his dad on job sites and building a solid foundation through hands-on experience. He went on to race motocross professionally for over 35 years—an experience that sharpened his grit, discipline, and attention to detail.

Today, Jim leads Neese Dirtworks with that same relentless drive, bringing over three decades of experience to each project. He also turned a personal dream into reality by building our own award winning RiverWalk RV Park from the ground up - proof of his dedication and standard for excellence in every detail. Whether it’s grading land, building MX tracks, or shaping outdoor spaces, Jim takes pride in doing the job right, the first time. Every project is a reflection of his name—and it shows.
